Within ten minutes of our home are five golf courses. Five of the top seven Mexican golf courses are located within 15 minutes of our casa.
San Jose Municipal Campo de Golf is just three minutes north of Casa Gallucci. It's a family-oriented club -- where children as well as novice golfers are always welcome. This 3,141-yard course is a par 35 -- with 32 sand traps and a beautiful large lake. This golf club features a bar, restaurant, and terrace overlooking the greens. The clubhouse features lighted tennis courts, as well as a pool and wading pool.
The Crown Jewel of Los Cabos Golf is the Ocean Course at Cabo Del Sol. This golf course is just ten minutes from our home, and just minutes from downtown Cab San Lucas. It's been referred to as the Mexican version of Pebble Beach.

The Jack Nicklaus Signature-designed Ocean Course has been rated a top course in the world, since its creation in 1994. Nicklaus says, it has "the three finest finishing holes in all of golf." On the signature 17th hole, golfers play from a cliff top over the crashing surf, to a green surrounded by the rock outcroppings rising from the Sea of Cortez.

Tom Weiskopf designed the Desert Course at Cabo Del Sol. This course weaves its way through a lush desert landscape and canyon-like arroyos -- and features mesmerizing views of the Sea of Cortez from every hole.
El Dorado is located approximately six miles south from our casa, and is my favorite course. Jack Nicklaus designed this course with 90 bunkers. Six holes are along the ocean, with a couple literally on the beach.
Palmilla Golf Club was the first established championship layout at Los Cabos. This golf course has 27 holes. It features the canyon nine, mountain nine, and ocean nine. All elements of the Los Cabos landscape have been incorporated into this Jack Nicklaus course.
Cabo Real Golf Club is about 12 minutes away from Casa Gallucci. This awesome course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, II; and it moves through the mountains ending up at the ocean's edge.
Raven Golf Club is located just outside of Cabo San Lucas -- approximately 15 minutes from our home. This 18-hole, 7,220-yard course is the only course with a view of Land's End, and a view of the famous arch which separates the Sea of Cortez from the Pacific Ocean.
High season for golf is October through June. Green fees range from $160 to more than $200; but there are many variations. During the rest of the year, prices range from $90 to $150. Rates drop dramatically for twilight hours, which can start as early as 10:30 AM. Make golf reservations as far in advance as possible; however, it doesn't hurt to call at the last minute for possible cancellations.
