If you decide to get a car there are two ways to go about. You can either reserve one before you begin your trip or you can rent one when you get their. They have some of the same companies you are familiar with like Dollar and Budget. You can go directly to their websites, call them or use a travel website online. If you decide to wait until you get to Cabo, there are several car rental companies in the airport just like any other place you travel. Driving in Mexico is the same as here, so there are no special requirements needed.
